Las Colinas born and raised, Payton watched her father, Brennan sell new homes across the Dallas metroplex. Her grandfather worked closely with Ben Carpenter to develop Las Colinas into the city it is today, and her grandmother was a longtime VP for a homebuilder in Dallas. It is clear to see that Dallas real estate runs deep in Payton’s blood.
