Kyle, in 20+ years I have never had an issue with anyone. You vacated and abandoned the small efficiency unit in Little Havana causing major repairs of which we sent you pictures. We still refunded close to half of your deposit. We told you to go ahead and fix some of the items yourself so we did not have to hold any deposit. It is a shame that you left and as I recall moved to another city and state and left the unit abandoned. Please refer to the Landlord Tenant Act: Property remaining on premises is considered abandoned after (1) a tenant has been absent for at least 30 days without explanation or (2) at least 15 days have passed since the tenant was supposed to pay rent and it appears to the landlord that he has vacated the premises.

Ricardo Hello, I am certain you are mistaken I have never met you or done business with you. We take our short sales very seriously as they from several foreclosure attorneys and our office is one of the first to do short sales for over 10 years now.
