This was a short sale and I could not control that the bank took a long time to respond to our request of an approval. My client did not lose thousands of dollars, on the contrary...the bank canceled a deficiency judgment against my client, that he does not have to pay back to the bank for several thousands of dollars...I'm sorry that communication was an issue because the client was out of town and I did not explain clearly the differences of selling a home in a short sale vs a traditional listing sale.
