I don't recall making any of the comments she claims, considering the majority of my business is from 100-150k I really don't know what she is talking about. I do know per her 9/22/2014 comment that it took her over a year to shop for a home, to be honest we are in a business to help our clients but no agent would or should work for free with the high cost associated in this industry. I took her to see much more than 10 homes and she still didn't make a purchase a year later, being a single mother of 4 kids I honestly wouldn't be able to sustain any client that is just window shopping. In the age of online shopping if anyone is not really serious yet they should online shop and get the professionals involved when they are ready. That would be the fair thing to do. Doctors don't spend years for someone to shop a medical issue, dentist, any profession really. Today the truth is hard to find in agent client relationships!
