We connected, but it did not work out. Thank you for taking time to do a review. I am not sure who this is or what property you inquired about. It is sometimes difficult to answer questions when as an agent the fiduciary responsibility is to the seller. This is my livelihood and has been for 30 years and I value each and every comment. I use the analogy "think of the color green". What you may perceive as green is a "teal" green and I am thinking "jade" green. It is also my obligation to present the best information regarding a listing for the seller. If I didn't answer your questions I apologize. It is always difficult to communicate only via phone and email, without having someone looking at a home and being able to talk face to face.
