    Kevin Kojima was never my client. He is a teenage relative of the owner of the house who was never aware of all the different details involved in this transaction and wrote this review halfway through the sale process. The tax record had an incorrect square footage that led to the house falling out of escrow. However a week later the house went back into escrow for the appraised value and sold and the actual owner wrote me a great review.
