On the day that I came with a buyer your husband and your father were there at the property. The buyer was able to see the property from outside, that particular buyer was looking to build a new home. This buyer was giving his offer and deposit. That offer was presented to your husband with the deposit, He excepted the offer however he refused to take the deposit. As a licensed sales person I wasn’t able to hold the deposit so the deposit was returned to the buyer. Over the next five days buyer change his mind after speaking with his contractor. I did put in long hours to get you top dollar for your property. Don’t forget that your property was not mortgageable, this was a challenging situation. However I was able to find a builder who would purchase your property for full cash and we were able to close the transaction. I always give the seller the right to except or decline any offer. Once again thank you very much for the opportunity.
