We connected, but it did not work out. Looking in TX 77494Local knowledgeProcess expertiseResponsivenessNegotiation skillsI contacted Shane for a foreclosure property and it took me a while to make the first contact. As expected, owners didnt want to show the house...and guest what...I never saw it...end of story...I don't recomend him for a foreclosure...

Mr. Gonzalez, thanks for posting the review. However, you are not one of my past or current clients, we don't even know each other. You did call me about a listing I had in the Katy area and I told you the seller's were not allowing showings, it was not a foreclosure property & I explained that to you. I can't force a seller to allow you to see their home so I am not sure how you can post a negative review on my services as a result. If someone would like to review my client experience rating, please visit my web site or my profile on HAR our local MLS for actual client reviews. I currently have a 4.94 out of 5.0 based on over 100 completed surveys of actual clients. HAR.com is a much better source for current market information than a third party site like Zillow. Thanks!
