Hi Avon, once we initially spoke at 1:30pm I informed you that my 12pm appointment ran later than expected. I was with another client and it ran over. We have certain policies and procedures when it comes to working with buyers and sellers in the northeast Florida. This is to protect our safety when working and building sustainable relationships. My biggest goal is to provide you with the highest level of service. In order to do so I have to follow policies and procedures. Your screenshot of your bank account details couldn't be verified as valid as I sent it up to compliance. Once it wasn't verified as valid I asked for a letter from your bank which most cash buyers have. I am sorry that my company policies didnt align with what you needed, I can assure you professionalism is a big part of how I only have 5 Star reviews.
