This person was looking for a rental and wanted to meet at 11PM at night but did not add the "PM" part when he initially reached out. (I would have declined as that seems suspicious). When he emailed, I automatically assumed it was 11AM. I rearranged my schedule to accommodate him, as I was helping a friend rent their condo. When he didn't show up, I was not pleased. I did not know this person and have never met them.
