Thank you for taking time out of your busy schedule to write a review for me. I'm sorry that we had a miscommunication and that I did not realize at the time that you expected my to write 35 offers at a time for 70-80% below the asking price in hopes that the seller would accept. It would be counterproductive on my part, since I deal with realistic buyers, sellers and investors. I've been an agent for 11 years, and I take great pride in helping my clients.
