I think there may be some misunderstanding as I am not the property manager for any properties. I am so sorry, you may have misunderstood. At the time of application, and move in, I was available to you by text, email and phone, and made it easier for you to drop an application and fees off at one of my company's offices closest to where your hotel was. In addition, the issue that arose on move in day was very unfortunate. After arriving promptly at the condo, I evaluated the situation, took pictures, called the owner immediately as well as contacted 2 contractors right after that call. I couldn't do anything further beyond that as the owner was the decision maker and the person responsible for getting the property back to its original condition. That being said, I did offer to help both of you in any way I could. I hope that you have enjoyed the new area and wish you good luck.
