This is a confusing review. I was not your selling agent, you hired your own buyers agent. I was selling this home for a client. You decided to not purchase the home the day of closing. I advised the seller to work with you on the repairs and trash but you decided to terminate the contract anyway. Which I fully understand. The sellers requested to keep your deposit since they met all of the contingencies. You accepted. I was just looking out for my client. I know this situation was very disappointing to both parties. The seller turned down 2 other offers when they accepted your offer and now those buyers have purchased other homes.
