    Ajay you have TOTALLY misrepresented the facts here, your lease ended July 31,2023. As per the lease the deposit can be returned on or before sep 30,2023, it is held for a reason as water bills etc don't get generated based on your timeline.,Deposit was returned on oct 03 ,2023 a few days late only bcoz i had some serious health issues and was having a surgery done. Every issue was always dealt in a prompt manner., plus you wanted to get out of the lease without a penalty more than 4-5 months earlier and my job is to protect my client and the lease exists for a reason to protect people from such whims snd wanting to get out as they please during the term of the lease.In fact you didn't even let us show the property 60 days prior which you are required to do so. I have all the messages and emails as well to prove these. Everything was done as per lease terms and a legal contract holds value. ,when signed and agreed by both parties.
