I remember this conversation very vividly and it is not true that I spoke in a condescending way; I just don't do that. If I recall correctly, she had told me that they had moved to Florida in July 2019 and I advised her not to break their Lease and to call me when she had given her 60 day notice to vacate and I would be happy to help her and her fiancé find a rental property then. I also suggested that there was an electronic lockbox on the front door and if she was working with another agent that would agree to show it to her, I would pay that agent the leasing fee if they were both approved and would be moving in within 2 weeks of their approval. That is standard procedure. She kept insisting that I be the one to give her a tour of the property and got very nasty with me when I replied that I was booked up and couldn't fit her into my schedule. FYI I don't change a listing to Pending until I have an owner approval and a Deposit in Escrow. BTW That property at 1914 Brainerd Ct. belongs to my son and daughter in law. I request that you please remove this from my profile before I complete and correct this agreement (the cell phone number is not, nor has it ever been, mine) and provide my credit card information.
