It is mind blowing to me that you would go out of your way to attack my livelihood after the job I did for you & your family. I am very much a hands on Realtor as shown by the way I marketed your Mom's home. We had a buyer within 24 hrs of listing it, due to my endless conversations with other Realtors about my possible listing. We had a solid buyer at the price point you desired. The last two units of that size sold for $470k & $475k and your Mom's sold for $510k. It was heartbreaking that your Mom passed away during the process and probate is never easy - but that's no reflection on me. Some people are never happy.
