Thanks for writing. I always try to take the best possible care of my clients and customers. I’m truly sorry that in this case I didn’t meet your expectations. In this case, I replaced the keys as soon as possible after learning they were not working. RE: the master bedroom shower, it worked flawlessly and with no leaks as long as the present owner has owned the condo. Once we were alerted that a leak had developed, we scheduled a repair as soon as possible.
