    Thank you for your feedback. I am sorry to hear that you had such an unpleasant experience, since I could have easily explained some of these issues to you. For example, lotteries are not a local community issue. In today’s hot market, buyers interested in new construction face new challenges nationwide and lotteries are fairly common among all builders across the U.S. It so happens, your buyer was exactly one of those frustrated new built applicants who was tired of waiting to be picked for a lottery, so this listing caught her attention and voila, you had a buyer. As for the floor plan, they do not get placed into pictures, they get placed into the MLS documents, which realtors can print out and give to their prospective buyers. Had you informed me of your concerns, I would have explained all of this to you. There were 53 pictures posted, more than most and taken by a professional photographer. They were placed in order as you walk through the home. We received nothing but positive feedback on the listing and the pictures. I am sorry that you felt confused to where you were in your own home. To all reading this review, if you are like this supercilious seller, who prefers to be informed by next door gossip, believes you can compose better pictures than a professional photographer and gets satisfaction from publicly criticizing a realtor because she did not use 1 word in a 326-word listing, than I (and most realtors) am probably not for you. You are most likely better off being a FSBO. However, if you are looking for a realtor, who (like in this case) sends over 100 text messages plus dozens of phone calls & emails with updates (yes, I counted them!), can bring you a CASH deal at 98% of asking price within 1 week of listing date and in this crazy market get it to close withing 34 days – then I’m the realtor for you! So please give me a call.
