In order to sell your home and get you into another one, per your mortgage lender you needed to sell your home first before we could get you in a new one. Your mortgage lender qualified you for a certain type of loan and the properties you requested to look at did not accept your loan type or sold before we could go see them. Therefore, we weren't able to show you the properties your requested to look at. We take pride in our customer service and relationships with our clients. All past reviews show how much knowledge, expertise, responsiveness and negotiation skills we provide to our clients. We tried explaining the process to you and you got upset with us when we were communicating how the process works with selling your current home and buying a new one at the same time.
