This is entirely false! This prospect was disingenuous from the start with regard to what the assistance program needed to release funds to help her move. It wasn't until AFTER the initial non-refundable $500 deposit (which was issued directly to the landlord out of her own pocket) was submitted that she advised additional inspections would be required in order for the funds to be disbursed. The prospect was advised prior to the submission of her application, as well as deposit, that the owner would not adhere to any inspection findings to receive funds. After coming to the realization that her scheme would not be successful, she retaliated with filing a complaint that had zero merit with the board. Furthermore, the prospect and her attorney was provided with the landlord information to follow up directly in which they refused.
