Mrs. Dekker. I was so saddened to read your review. Everyone who knows me and has worked with me knows your description would be most unlike me. I am known for my honesty, consideration and kindness. Primarily, of course I owed my clients (Buyers) the consideration for their predicament of sitting around the corner in a moving truck full of belongings, to know what was happening. I remember having a lovely conversation with your husband, acknowledging his frustration of your own agent, of what he had been told was an erroneous move out time. I simply needed him to know that at least get everything centralized in garage, which your husband said he was already doing. I did say be careful of causing any damage (accidentally) as you did not own the home anymore and I did not want you to have any issues later, which was a fair statement. I then went to talk to the new owners and they kindly agreed to give you another hour. I also remember being very considerate of you, your cats and your belongings situation and felt bad that you were dealing with it in already stressful time. I remain saddened and confused that you remember it all so differently. I sincerely hope your relocation to Grass Valley has been all you wished for. Terri Silva
