I am the agent referred to in this review. I have known the reviewer personally, for over 20 years. The MLS listing for showing her property specified advanced notice by texting due to presence of dogs. There were a couple instances where other agents didn’t comply or were late for the showing. While on Vacation, my covering agent’s contact info was posted on my VM, email and text responders, and our 24 hour answering service. Unfortunately the text responder # was incorrect. It was corrected immediately upon discovery. To my knowledge no agent went without being contacted. Her request to cancel the listing at no cost was honored as soon as a written request was received. The Property Shoppe and its agents are licensed by the Virginia Real Estate Commission. The Property Shoppe has been licensed for over 30 years. This certification to practice which requires continuing education should not be confused with real estate boards/ Realtors which is a trade association.
