Lost phone connection with this person and attempted to call back several times. My staff member also left message for this person and did not receive a response. In response to Valerie's questions from her Zillow request for information "Is there an application or a fee for this unit? Can the be a pymt plan for the security deposit or does it have to be paid up front?" Answer: There is no application fee. The first month's rent and the deposit are required at the time of lease signing, they cannot be split up nor is a payment plan available.
