    Couture Brokerage takes maintenance request very seriously. But what tenants do not understand is we have to get Owner approval for repairs over my maintenance budget and some repairs aren't approved. I have never showed up to a property unannounced. We always give at least 24 hour notice if our office needs to show up (unless in the case of an emergency). Further more my assistant property manager and leasing manager are the ones that go to the properties for inspection. Drive by the properties to check on landscaping etc is acceptable and is a normal process in my company. This is to ensure there isn't weeds, trash, illegally parked vehicles, etc. Our maintenance team and contractors schedule maintenance work directly with the tenant so it as at their convenience. The above tenant stated they lived in the property for several years if I was such a bad property manager then I am perplexed as to why the tenant chose to continue to live there and not move sooner.

    Rented house for 2 1/2 years. Several maintenance issues that were not fixed or took months to fix forced me to move. Not the brokers fault. It was the homeowners inability to pay for the repairs.
