This review is a response to a short telephone conversation I had with someone who called me on one of my rental listings. The condo is vacant and when I asked her when she was moving, she said she was in a lease for two more months. I politely told her that we could not hold the condo for that amount of time. It would not be fair to the owner and it is against our company policy. At that stage she became argumentative, did not agree with that policy, and said she wanted to see it anyhow. I asked her if she could move any earlier and when she said no, I asked her to please call me when she was closer to the move. She also complained that I did not reply to an automated appointment system. There is no such thing, and I don't know any realtor who would make an appointment without having a conversation. She had no trouble getting in touch with me so I don't understand the complaint..

This person was given a week to complete what was necessary to secure the condo. He did not meet all the requirements and was given two options that would have allowed him to secure the condo. He did not want to take option one, and wanted to move in prior to meeting the requirements of option two. We rented the condo to people that were totally qualified but were very fair in giving him the opportunity to lease the condo.
