We connected, but it did not work out. Looking in Port Orange, FLLocal knowledgeProcess expertiseResponsivenessNegotiation skillsDespite knowing people who have used them, I have had a HORRIBLE experience with Realty Pros Assured. I contacted them back in late July/early August and spoke to Todd who referred me to Debi who I had to practically chase down in August. She told me...Response from Virginia Norman on 10/25/2012
Thank you for your review Sarah. Port Orange is a much sought after area in Volusia County due to "A" rated schools and small town touches. With the rental market very active, as it is presently, when rental properties come available in Port Orange they don't stay on the market very long. That said, this home was listed for 8 days before it was shown by an Agent (from another office) and secured with an application and a deposit was placed. There were 7 other parties interested in this home too. I notified Miss Bunton of the updated status of the home and to continue checking the web sites, as she has since August, since the rental properties go very quickly in Port Orange. Basically, it's supply and demand. 1 home and 8 parties wanted it. 8 days on the market before an application was received and approved. Thank you for the opportunity to reply.
