We connected, but it did not work out. Looking in Topeka, KSResponsivenessPriceWork qualityPunctualityMet all the requirements and was still denied said my paperwork was fraudulent even though it wasn’t I’m a business owner come to find out they didn’t check our rental history and the house was only a couple of hundred dollars more than what we pay ...Response from Watson Red on 5/28/2025
We advise all potential tenants before they apply that we require 3x the monthly rent in verifiable income and the amount must be verifiable via tax returns or w2's. Unfortunately this applicant did not meet those requirements and therefore was denied.
