It is unfortunate that disgruntled tenants have access to these reviews. Sadly, there are tenants like this one who want to shape the rules to suit themselves, with little regard for others. I have never been cited for any violations of Seattle Landlord Tenant law, and clearly if I was such a bad landlord, he would not have rented from me TWICE for over two years. Obviously, I will not be renting to him again.
