I handle rentals only--mostly for young professionals in Baltimore city who want a clean, attractive, but not luxurious home in a convenient, lively, safe area. Like any landlord, I look for people who are responsible and reasonable. I assume they want a landlord/manager who is equally responsible and reasonable.
