This client wanted to list higher than the market and when I ONLY SUGGESTED lowering the list price he was insisting on, he wanted a different REALTOR. This was all after 30 days of my vendors had been utilized to fix many issues in the house. I deserved something for all my hard work and attention to detail of the house. I have to be honest when it is sometimes hard for the seller who is believing his house is worth more than the market is showing it is worth. He demanded $230K when I shared with him as the professional who sells homes, the house would not sell for that amount, he insisted I release the listing, which I did. He then relisted with another REALTOR for $220K, the price I originally listed the house for.
