For clarity, I want to address several inaccuracies in your review. 1. The claim of a $2000 bill is false. The actual cost for repairs, which was clearly communicated, was $1620. This was to address the damages left behind, including unauthorized wallpaper installation. Your husband agreed that these costs could come out of the deposit, yet chose to backtrack after receiving the invoice. 2. At no point did I scream or raise my voice. All communication with your husband was conducted via text messages. I provided videos documenting the condition of the property and the work done by the contractors. I even offered to allow you to pay the workers directly, ensuring full transparency with no hidden fees, but unfortunately, these offers were ignored. 3. The property was handed over to you in excellent condition, as documented before you moved in. Upon your departure, there were significant damages, including unauthorized wallpaper installation. Despite assisting you with signing a lease renewal, helping to break the lease early without penalty, and managing the damages without charging a penny for my time, these efforts were not appreciated. On multiple occasions, you responded to me in a very rude manner, which I have documented in writing, yet I continued to respond with courtesy and respect. 4. Regarding communication, all interactions were conducted through text messages. The accusation that I was verbally abusive is entirely unfounded. The use of terms like "unprofessional," "dishonest," and "verbally abusive" without any factual basis is both harmful and untrue. Falsely accusing someone of dishonest conduct can potentially be considered defamation, which involves damaging someone's reputation without proof. I strongly recommend that you consider the legal implications of making such unfounded statements.
