This house went out to the market with my company and in just 2 weeks the house was under contract for sale, the buyer who was represented by an agent made inspection of the house with a certified inspector, the inspector's report says that the AC does not cool, nor does the water heater work and 2 other things related to bathrooms. The buyer who is paying a full price for a completely remodeled house asks the seller to make the repairs, Mr. Olberto or seller did not accept to make the repairs, so the buyer decided to cancel the contract within the inspection period. Olberto blames me because the buyer canceled the contract and he and his wife began to send me offensive messages and threats and then ask to cancel the sales contract which was done after asking him to pay the company all the expenses of Professional photos, video, flyers, online advertising related to the sale of the house, which is in the standard BAR contract for seller and brokers.
