I have 822 texts, 405 minutes on the phone, emails,signed docs, paid for photos, flyers, virtual tour links,email blasts to 10,700 agents twice weekly, pop up ads on IG and FB all at my expense. It is unfortunate that their home did not sell in 45 days listed at the start of COVID lockdown, but i made no guarantee, just promised to do my best. Things don't always work out in Real Estate but I wish them the very best!
