I'm sorry you feel as though my level of service did not meet your expectations. Every aspect of getting the home prepared for sale and marketed to achieve the best final sales price was performed as we agreed upon during our initial meeting. During our initial meeting, we also came to an agreement on my fee for services, which you were happy with at the time, and had not discussed or agreed to any sort of rebates from my listing fee for services performed. Pressuring me at the end of the transaction to rebate you part of my fee for service and now using a review platform to post disinformation about my level of expertise is disheartening to say the least. As with all of my listings, I worked very diligently on the sale of your home and was able to solicit the highest price a buyer was willing to pay.
