i was representing seller on this transaction buyer wanted to be represented by me on this transaction to because I'm representing him on this dual agency he was thinking of getting lower price then other offers we received and he couldn't buy the house because were higher offers then he's offer higher offer and other condition on selling transaction make the sale not just thinking of going to .listing broker and you going to get better deal sorry about your disappointment
