I am sorry that you feel you had a less than five star experience with our firm. We are proud to server the community in last 25 years. We did not recognize your name as our client but may be you wrote for someone else. But with the open house story wasn't true. This was agreed per discount to 60% commissions.The deal is we don't do open house but if customers like we set it up with signs and ads. This customer suppose to be there's not us and she called before and confirmed with us this, “she will hosted the open house”. We met with them at least 7 times with three different executed offers. Thank god! we sold its as price we agreed in the contract. By the way we also sold to them a new one too. We low prices per our agreement in the first presentation and was approved before we signed the contract. Per harp you wrote this review for a friend of our customers and did not have the fact straight so we like to have this opportunity to explain what happen .
