Janie, in this transaction, you were represented by another agent and not me. It sounds like you were not clear on what was and was not included in the purchase of your new home. As addressed previously, many of the items you mention are either personal property of the seller, items never present in the home or agreed to prior to closing. You and your agent viewed the property, had an inspection period with a professional inspector and final walk-through inspection prior to closing. Additionally, the seller gave you a generous credit at closing.
