Hi Marlena, Sorry to hear that you felt that way. Regarding the heating issue, I understand your frustration, but I had a heating system that went bad and I had the system replaced. I did not know that your refrigerator was having problems until you told me about it. Once you told me about it. I went and got a new one delivered to you right away. I did my best to take care of your problems with the apartment. I believe your main issue with the space was the tenant in the other apartment was being very troublesome to say the least. Once I was able to get him to move you guys decided to leave as well with no notice and leaving me in quite a bind. I find it interesting that you decided to post this 3 months after moving out. I'm curious as to why you are posting this now.
