I appreciate you sharing your feedback with Zillow. I value my clients perspectives, as it helps me enhance my service to clients. I am surprised to learn that your experience did not meet your expectations, as correspondence from you did not indicate your dissatisfaction. I want to begin by stating that the review you provided regarding your experience I feel is inaccurate, and I would like to clarify a few points regarding the overall selling process of your property in New Hampshire. As you had mentioned that "Anita will tell you that she will be there for you and that she will do all the right things, Neither of these things are true." I feel that this is very erroneous. First of all, this property was on the market only 19 days before going under contract. I hosted 2 open houses during a Holiday Weekend and a 3rd one that I suggested we do as I learned that you were under contract with your next house in Arizona. We discussed that I had a prior commitment on that day of the proposed open house for that upcoming weekend and that I would have a seasoned agent handle the open house. You expressed that you were fine with this. Your Arizona real estate agent did not suggest or convince me to do an open house as you stated. I was present for other critical aspects of the selling process including showings, phone calls, negotiations and the two inspections that both lasted beyond three hours. It is important to note that the closing schedule changed multiple times that week. Ultimately, we arranged for you to sign at our New London office, which was more convenient for you. I ensured a team member was available at our office before business hours at 8 a.m., accommodating your wife’s work commitments. You were in direct communication with the closing agent regarding these changes, and I worked diligently to facilitate the revised schedule. Regarding the delivery of your signed paperwork to the closing agent, you mentioned you were willing to manage this and to meet her down the road from our office. Had I been aware of any issues, I would have been more than happy to arrange an alternative. Concerning the comparable listings, I strive to provide my clients with accurate data to assist in pricing decisions. As we discussed, no properties are identical, and my intention is always to collaborate effectively with clients to determine the optimal price for their homes. Ultimately it is the clients decision on pricing. I regret if there was any misunderstanding regarding our pricing strategy. We had several discussions about this and reached a mutual agreement on our approach. Additionally, I allocated time in my office to assist with your closing on the Arizona property, which was outside the typical transactions handled by our office. Though this was beyond my obligations, I wanted to provide you with the support you deserved as a valued client. I understand that real estate transactions can be highly emotional experiences for both buyers and sellers. It can be challenging to please everyone, and I strive to be sensitive to these emotions. However, I believe that the testimonial you provided does not accurately reflect the service I provided. I can share recent testimonials from my past clients. Please rest assured that I take my responsibilities very seriously, and as an Associate Broker and having been in the business for nearly 20 years it is never my intention for clients to feel unsupported. I strive to exceed client expectations, and it is surprising to me that your experience has led to this perception, especially given your previous expressions of gratitude. Open communication is important to me, and I would like to address any remaining concerns you may have. I would appreciate the opportunity to discuss your experience in greater detail should you choose to call me. I have reached out to both of you with no response. You can contact me directly at 603.498.6022. I wish you the best in your next chapter.
