Thank You for coming to see the home. You requested if any updates. We asked several times what updates were preferred but could not come up with any response. Eventually only a tub was mentioned (that was only 1 yr new with complete shower surround). So our response was 'the new tub was not going to be replaced' as the expense would not make sense for another new tub for a rental. All other conversation in the meeting was not shared nor translated into English! Truly sorry if that appeared rude, but was only trying to understand the foreign language comments made! This updated home rented the same day with several applications.
