Per the contract your close date was the 6th and we closed on the 6th. I tried very hard to close sooner but with the delay of things being requested by the lender from you, it was out of my control. Your situation was stressful no doubt and I did all I could to try and close sooner than the actual COE date. I also had no control over the sellers still being in their home. They have the right in Arizona to be in the home up until we record. I am sorry that you feel like I didn't go above and beyond as I strive to run my business on professionalism and customer satisfaction.
