Mr. Joseph Sammons, I am not sure what you mean by “utilized” because I was never your agent, I represented the landlord from whom you rented the house. Your review is based on false statements. You left this review simply because my client (landlord) asked you to pay for the damages that you caused to his property. As a good tenant, you should have treated my client’s property with at least some care and respect, and honor the tenants obligations as outline in the lease agreement which you signed on April 27, 2018. You were told about the $75 repair deductible right from the start. Again, I am not sure what you mean by the original paperwork, the only document other than the rental application is the actual Lease Agreement which lays out the terms of the occupancy. The $75 repair deductible is mentioned in the paragraph 45 along with the other terms of the Lease Agreement. I went over the entire Lease Agreement before you even signed it. Again, completely false statement about the walkthrough. Mr. Sammons, the walkthrough was based on the move-in inspection report, which was provided to you, along with the pictures of the property at the start of the lease. You did not take care of the house at all during your 3 years of occupancy. The microwave was completely damaged and broken, the oven door was dented, the drywalls were damaged and had holes throughout the house like they were kicked-in. The landlord, an extremely nice guy, gave you a very big break about the hardwood floors which you left in a very bad condition. The hardwood floors were all scratched off and damaged, possibly because of your two dogs. You also never cleaned up after your dogs, we had received numerous complaints from your neighbors and the HOA. Mr. Sammons, as I previously mentioned, I represented the Landlord in this transaction. If my client (landlord) wants me to speak in a language that he understands well and be an interpreter between you and him then I must honor his request as a professional Realtor. This is a normal procedure in a business meeting where two parties do not speak the same language and I’m sure you are aware of it as you being an Executive Assistant with E3 Federal Solutions. I treat my clients with utmost respect and professionalism. You left this false review just because my client asked you to pay for damages which you did to his property. I hope you don’t continue to do this to the next property you rent.
