This is about more than real estate. It is about your life and your dreams.

This client was a personal friend of mine My business model was that I was the primary listing agent and my buyer clients worked with my buyer's agents. This agent was having a hard time managing the emotions and many requirements of this client. I stepped in at the final stages of this transaction. The developer was also a friend of mine. My client was also a builder. My client was very upset that the builder did not adhere to his long list of requests, and I did my level best to manage the emotions of all parties involved. My Principal broker felt it would be best that this client should work with another agent in our office. I ALWAYS want my clients to be happy and I felt horrible that I could not meet their needs. Not only did I lose a client, but I also lost a friend as well. I have not seen or contacted this client since the final transition to the other agent in 2016, not 2018 when this was posted.
