This is simply not true! 1) You were referred to me by an agent that didnt want to work with you but worked with your partner in the past! (I found this out after the fact) 2) You gave an unrealistic expectation to prepare your listing in which I knocked it out of the Park! I deep cleaned ( notified you about a clink in your toilet that I did not do) Staged and had your home Professionally Photographed in 36 hours! I literally stayed in your home for 36 hours and with overnight to complete the task. 3)The home was dusty and crusty and had not had a final clean out or walk through from your previous tenant. I had my kids stay with overnight care to accomadate your extremely tight timeline. 4) You STILL decided to list the home 75k over what i recomended! When there were 63 units that were identical to yours competing for buyers. 5) I held 3 Open Houses ( i have videos I live streamed them) in the first 2 Weeks. I paid social media marketing blast the only tours and people to show up to the opens where people from my sphere. 6) You stopped “liking” me the minute the listing went live and my picture popped up on it. It was really weird. Your behavior and the way you talked to me all changed within Seconds of asking if that was me, the listing went feom being perfect and beautful to looking cheap and poor looking it just looks dirty. Your tone changed after that and every single conversation was abusive, abrasive and gut punching your husband had to tell you to stop numerous time. Im guessing he does that Alot. All in all i never met you in person, I went above and beyond for your we ended our time together and leta be honest the real reason for this negative comment is you called the owner and it was ME! Regardless of the sale we had an additional service staging fee that you avoided paying in the End YOU HAD TO PAY IT! When you thought you wouldnt and thats just not right to do people like that. We all work very hard and we are not volunteers. I sell homes on commission and design, stage, constult for a service fee. Lastly You did not sell that home a month later it sat for 5 more months and took 45 days to close and you sold it foe LESS then what i told you to list it for originally. There is nothing wrong with writing a bad review but when you do write the truths! We terminated our contract because expectations werent being met by both sides. You were a total Nightmare you called me at 4 am fri sat Sun every half hour! You claimed I was unresponsive to you! You yelled at me you called me stupid, idiot, little girl, cheap agent, You had a typo in my email that you sent to me and then said I didnt reply. I could literally go on and on and on.
