    I only have 1000 characters to explain! The error, was an addendum to rebate part of my commission. He was going to buy & then sell. I agreed .5% it did not specify that it was of the real estate commission earned. Both TJ & the lender had seen the addendum, the title company that wanted the wording corrected- it was corrected within 5 minutes. I responded to each & every text & message that he sent. Occasionally I had to wait for the builder to respond to me before I could respond to him. The day never ended without a response. The fan issue - The builder originally said that they would not replace them. I got the builder to agree to install his fans. The builder wanted fans but not till the following day. As a result, I had him bring the fans to my office. I personally delivered all the fans - doesn't sound like a lack of service to me! The closing date was moved up by TJ. I came back early to attend! There was never a thank you for the $1300! Some people are never happy!
