    We connected, but it did not work out. Looking in WI 53108

    couldn't get them to close a rent to own deal. Wanted a rent to own contract and they didn't provide any effort to get it done. Only interested in selling at the listed price , nothing extra provided with our current situation.

    We thank you for using Zillow and contacting us regarding one of our properties that was listed for sale. We wish you the best in your search for a rental home. Please understand, that as listing agents, we are employed and contracted by the owner of the home to market the home for sale and execute a sale. As such, we did contact the seller regarding your inquiry and they had no interest in renting due to high interest from qualified buyers that could close quickly. The owner did not employ us to find a tenant for this home and was not in a position to rent. If we can ever be of service, please let us know. We have multiple resources we can share with you regarding the purchasing process, getting qualified by a local lender for a mortgage, and can also refer you to rental agents if needed. Julie Lang
