I am very disappointed that you feel your calls were ignored as we pride ourselves on exceptional response time and punctuality. Your calls should have been answered if not by myself or by one of my agents. We prefer to communicate directly with the customer and texting only if with other clients. We also reserve a specific amount of time for each customer to view units to ensure we are on time to all of our appointments.
