Thank you for your review even though you seemed to have a bad experience. Please accept my apology because if what you are saying is indeed the fact I have no excuse. As a part-time Realtor I am in no position to turn away potential clients. Nor would I want to do so with someone who is already preapproved. Could you please provide me with the emails so I can review how I could have better served you? It's not like me to communicate via email with clients I am not on a familiar terms with. And since you chose to post anonymously I'm struggling to put a name to the situation. I hope this doesn't stem from you wanting info for a property not listed in the MLS. If that were the case, maybe I wasn't able to clearly state I would have no way of knowing the foreclosure status? Either way, I again apologize. I'll be sure to take this feedback and learn from it. I would like a chance to make a wrong a right and prove to you that I am quite different from your first impression.
