Completely inaccurate & untrue. This client contacted me & inquired on info for a builder. I contacted the builder and got all of the info he requested including floor plans, pricing, etc. (not just an address & phone #.) I also emailed them existing homes & land as they had not yet decided to build. I communicated back & forth with them for months (April through August) providing every bit of info they requested on this builder, answering every email & call. I met them to discuss builder/land options, & sent them options for more builders in the area. They decided to build. I let them & the builder’s on-site agent know that I would be happy to attend meetings & be involved with every part of the process. He then decided to "fire" me, ONLY after asking the builder if he could receive my commission to be applied towards upgrades on their home, & the builder said no. I have every email saved from this client, proving this is all false information & unjustified defamation of character.
