This was a difficult transaction which ended in a restraining order filed against the seller for myself and the title closer. I felt I gave good comps, but the house had a strong odor of marijuana that I felt might affect the value. The delay was not in closing but in funds being dispersed and it was only a couple of days delay. He threatened both me and the title closer because of the delay of funds. - Dara
